1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal marriageable age, and legally permitted to marry under the laws applicable to you. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
• Profiles may be reviewed and must be approved before becoming visible; we may reject or remove profiles at our discretion.
• One person may maintain only one account. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Post false, misleading, obscene, unlawful or infringing content.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame or stalk other members.
• Solicit money, run scams, advertise, or use the Service for any commercial or non-matrimonial purpose.
• Upload photos or content you do not have the right to use, or that depict other people without consent.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Collect or misuse other members' personal information.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (including photos and profile details). By submitting content, you grant RishtaSetu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content with other members solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

5. Matchmaking — No Guarantee

RishtaSetu is a platform that helps members discover and connect with one another. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, partner or spouse, and we do not verify or endorse any member. You are responsible for your own interactions and decisions. Always exercise caution and good judgement when communicating with or meeting other members.

6. Premium Features & Payments

Some features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where applicable, purchases are processed through the relevant app store (e.g. Google Play Billing) and are subject to that store's terms. Fees, renewals and refunds are governed by the applicable store's policies and any additional terms shown at the point of purchase.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers (such as Google Firebase, ImageKit and app-store billing). Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect other members or comply with law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RishtaSetu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your interactions with other members.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RishtaSetu and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — e.g. India], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to These Terms
