RishtaSetu has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards, how we prevent and respond to CSAE, how users can report concerns, and how to contact us. These standards apply to everyone who uses our matrimonial matchmaking service.
1. Adults only — strictly 18+
RishtaSetu is a matrimony service intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and of legal marriageable age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the Service. Every profile is reviewed and approved before it becomes visible, and any profile that appears to belong to a minor is removed.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are absolutely prohibited and result in immediate removal and account termination:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, meet, or exploit a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM or child-endangering content.
- Impersonating a minor, or providing false age information to access the Service.
3. How we prevent and detect abuse
- Profile review: profiles are moderated and approved before going live.
- Age enforcement: the Service is restricted to adults; suspected minor accounts are removed.
- Report & block tools: every profile can be reported or blocked from within the app.
- Moderation & enforcement: reports are reviewed and offending accounts are banned.
4. Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report child safety concerns directly in-app using the Report option available on every profile (and the Block option to stop contact). You can also report any CSAE concern to us by email at the address below. We review such reports as a priority.
Email: innovatroid@gmail.com
Please include "Child Safety" in the subject line so we can prioritise your report.
5. Our response
When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we act promptly to:
- Remove the content and permanently ban the responsible account(s).
- Preserve relevant information as required to support investigations.
- Report to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organisations.
6. Reporting to authorities
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant regional and national authorities and to recognised child-protection bodies, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and the relevant authorities in India and other jurisdictions in which we operate.
